  • Lead / Chase ~ $1.95 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charge.
  • Lead / Chase Super Load ~ $2.00 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charged. Super Loads are classified by Coast 2 Coast Escorts as loads 16' Wide or Wider, 16' Tall or Taller, 120' Long or Longer, regardless of state traveling through.
  • Bucket Truck Services ~ $2,500 - $3,000 per day depending on region.
  • High Pole ~ $2.35 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charge.
  • High Pole Super Load ~ $2.45 per mile (16'-6" tall or taller)
  • High Pole w/ Hot Stick - $2.75 per mile, with 300 minimum miles per day.
  • Steerman ~ $2.35 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charge.
  • Route Survey ~ Contact for rate.
  • Overnight Hold ~ $125.00 per night.
  • No-Go ~ $250.00 per day. No-Go does not include overnight, overnight hold is a separate charge. No charge for a No-Go on Sunday, if no go is due to State travel restrictions on Sunday.
  • Fuel Surcharge ~ There is a 15% per mile fuel surcharge in the following states: AZ, CA, IL, NV, NY, OR, PA, WA
