As our name suggest, we provide Pilot Car / Escort Services through-out the United States, from Coast 2 Coast. We are not a pilot car broker. Our Escorts are either direct Lease-On Partners or Franchise Partners that follow a strict protocol and standard of operating procedures. 
All of our Escorts are certified and properly trained to safely assist in getting the load to its destination. Permits / Bucket Trucks / Route Surveys / High Pole / Lead-Chase / Steerman Project Coordination and Logistics
  • Lead / Chase ~ $1.85 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charge.
  • Lead / Chase Super Load ~ $1.95 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charged. Super Loads are classified by Coast 2 Coast Escorts as loads 16' Wide or Wider, 16' Tall or Taller, 120' Long or Longer, regardless of state traveling through.
  • High Pole ~ $2.25 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charge.
  • Steerman ~ $2.00 per mile, with a 300 minimum miles per day charge.
  • Route Survey ~ Contact for rate.
  • Overnight Hold ~ $100.00 per night.
  • No-Go ~ $250.00 per day. No-Go does not include overnight, overnight hold is a seperate charge. No charge for a No-Go on Sunday, if no go is due to State travel restrictions on Sunday.
  • Fuel Surcharge ~ There is a 15% per mile fuel surcharge in the following states: AZ, CA, IL, NV, NY, OR, PA, WA
